Yes. Every clinician is verified against UK regulatory registers before they can see patients on the platform.
Is my health data secure?+
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, apply role-based access, and are designed around GDPR and clinical safety standards.
Can I get a prescription online?+
When clinically appropriate, your clinician can issue a digital prescription to a pharmacy you choose.
Do you offer mental health support?+
Yes, specialised clinicians are available for structured consultations. MedLink is not for emergencies; call emergency services if you are in crisis.
How do refunds work?+
If a consultation cannot be completed for platform reasons, we refund or rebook at no extra cost.
